I was happy to see this old favorite is still out there. I bought this for my granddaughter when she was a year old and she was afraid of the popping sound, but now she’s 20 months old and loves it. She pretends it’s a vacuum cleaner or a lawn mower. The popping is noisy and can be irritating to some, so put it away when you want quiet time.

My little guy was given this actually as a hand-me down. He is the FOURTH little one to use this toy and it is in perfect working condition still….after years of use! He LOVES it. It is by far his favorite toy and holds his attention longer than any other toy we have available. He has figured out how to pull himself up to standing using this toy and my only complaint is that it should be a little taller when it is extended. BUT I am amazed at the durability, quality and entertainment value of this toy! It is absolutely worth the money!

This piano is great. As others have mentioned, there are multiple different modes for your child to play in. One is music mode, in which the piano plays different songs when the keys are pressed, and as the song plays the keys light up in the order they should be played. I’m pretty sure it’ll be a long time until my son (only 6 months old right now) will appreciate this feature, but I think it’s pretty neat that it actually teaches the song. The songs are also written out on the pages that the child can turn, which is nice too. The second mode is learning mode, in which the child can press the keys to hear the number on the key (1-8), the color of the key, and a woman singing. You have to turn the pages in order to switch between these three options in the learning mode, which took me a minute to figure out since I bought it used and didn’t have directions or anything. The third mode simply allows the baby to press the keys and play. I agree with others, the sound the keys make when they are pressed is much nicer than others I have heard, especially the one I had as a child. However, I find the woman’s singing voice pretty annoying, so I rarely set it to singing mode. Of course my child doesn’t mind it, so I shouldn’t complain too much. Overall, it’s a great product, and my son loves to sit and press the buttons. I have a feeling that he will enjoy it even more when he is able to appreciate the other features it has to offer, as well as walk around it and play with the little toys on the back. Highly recommend it!

My daughter got this when she could sit up on her own. She will be turning one soon and she loves this toy. She started by sitting in front of it playing with the piano and the little book. And when she heard the music she would dance and dance and dance… It has not become annoying like most musical toys because she is so fun to watch playing with it. Then before I knew it she was walking across the livingroom with this toy. She just motored right around. I laugh because they walk like little grandma’s with walkers at first. (No offense to little grandma’s. I have one that is 93 and she is the greatest.) I would totally recommend this toy to someone. Just remember never let them play near stairs with it. I know it should be a no brainer but I’m an ER nurse and trust me… I have seen it all.

Gave it to my daughter at 7 months… by 10 months she was walking on her own!! This is a very cool toy… if you are NOT one of those super OVER protective parents that will not let their kid LEARN, then this is an awesome to to pick up for your kid! My daughter fell a couple times on her bottom, but hey, she learned to walk FAST. She just turned 11 months now, and is running all over the place. THANKS FISHER PRICE!

i just got it – took fifteen min to setup and had really easy instructions. my son loves it! He’s almost 6 months and this past weekend we tried him out in it in the Times Square Toys R Us and he was obsessed and loving it! The next day me and my husband decided we can’t deprive our lil cutie from all the fun he would have with this thing, so I called up Toys R Us and they said the previous night was the last day of the sale – the jumperoo was on special for $[...] – a lil disappointing that I could’ve gotten it for just $[...] but here it’s not that much more – at least I didn’t pay the full $[...]. Bottom line – get it! Babies love this thing and according to me it’s way nicer than the rainforest one plus i know this one you could dissemble to store pretty small.
